Abstract: Every aspect of social life is regulated. In the field of social protection, the safety of the population in the public space and the protection of life, bodily integrity and health are essential. In this context, the system of keeping dangerous or aggressive dogs is also regulated by Government Emergency Ordinance No. 55/2002.
