Abstract: It is a well-known fact that man is a social being; therefore, he usually spends his time in smaller or larger communities, the so-called organisations. For this reason, beyond defining the concept of organisation (or institution), the various social sciences must also deal with one of the most important types of institutions: the administrative organisation. The present study aims to contribute to this, within the author's limited resources, drawing on more than forty years of university and public law teaching experience.
